Sauna

Yesterday, after a shopping afternoon in the commercial center called Jumbo, I went to the sauna. Anni show me how to make it work. It's very simple, we must put some wood and birch bark in the sauna stove and then put a match in the middle. In general, the temperature in a sauna is about 80 degres but it depends of the person who use the sauna. The higher temperature can be 120° but it is really hot. During the sauna seance, we take break to go under the shower and even IN THE SNOW ! Yes, when you think you've enough hot you can go out quickly and lie down in the snow. This is what we have done with Anni and it was really fun !
